AI projects are set up and structured in a way that costs are considered and technically sustainable models can be developed. AI solutions are integrated into the IT infrastructure, technical competencies are combined. Clear policies for sharing code, models and data across departments as well as for monitoring data quality and trigger retraining exist.

Team diversity in AI projects is ensured. Our organisation continuously tries to integrate feedback loops into AI-based solutions to gather data and improve the solution. The degree of automation is continuously increased in the AI solution deployment.
